Val is responsible for spearheading Uber Freight’s dynamic marketplace powered by AI and machine learning, helping to innovate the business’ software and build one of the best mobile apps in the logistics industry.
Previously, Val was Head of Logistics Technology at Uber Freight, where he successfully led and scaled the company’s technology hub in Chicago. Val has 17 U.S. Patents and over 20 years of experience leading engineering and technology teams at North American Bancard, Motorola, Google, and Verifone.
